Buttons are widely used in web pages, softwares etc. Having cute buttons will make your creations look professional and smart. In this way creating 3D buttons is the good choice. Here am shown a tutorial about how to create button with floor reflection effect.
Steps:
Open a new document with white background color and name it as "3d button".
Draw a rectangle box of size 193 x 42px with corner radius of 10px. You can find the corner radius settings at the top panel of the workspace. Set both the horizontal and vertical radius at 10px and then draw the rectangle.
Now select the text tool which is at side panel. When you click the text tool, the rounded rectangle which gets automatically selected and then right click over the rectangle. And so options window opened and select "properties".
On the vecor property window select the check box named "Fill" and uncheck "stroke". Click the color box under "Fill" and so material property window gets open.
On the material property window select gradient colors as you like. If you want to edit those with your own settings means click the "Edit" button and set the colors as you wish. So the rectangle box should look as below

Now again using the text tool type some word supposed to be "EMEDIA" over the rectangle box. To type the word, click outside the box, write and then drag the text over the rectangle. Clicking over the box will result in different text alignment which i will describe it on later tutorial topics.
To set the color for the text, open properties by right clicking and set gradient color as you like. See the picture to change the gradient colors.
