Name the layer which contains rectangle box and the text "EMEDIA" as "original".
Then right the "original" layer and select "duplicate" and so a duplicate layer with the layer name "Copy of original" will be created on the layers panel and also at the workspace.
Now select the move tool and drag down the duplicated rectangle & text which will found over the "original" box.
Then flip vertical the duplicate layer "Copy of original". If you want to flip it by using Flip option, then do the following. By selecting the duplicate layer press Ctr + x.
Now press Ctrl + v. So the duplicate layer should pasted on a new document. Now click the tab "image" and select "flip vertical". Now again cut the layer from the new document, take the "3d button" document and select the text tool. Then right click over the workspace and select "paste new vector selection".
Drag the pasted duplicate rectangle box just under the original rectangle box. So your picture should look as below.

and drag down the duplicated rectangle & text which will found over the "original" box. 
Now again cut the layer from the new document, take the "3d button" document and select the text tool. Then right click over the workspace and select "paste new vector selection".
