Creating frames for photos is usual and widely followed one. But those frames are chosen only by designers and may not upon your choice. By learning this paintshop tutorial you can design your own frames for your photos as you wish. I will give you a simple method of frame creating with film strip frame.

Steps:

1. Open your photo image you want to incorporate frame in any version of jasc paintshop.
2. Click the "image" tab which is at the top of the window and select "picture frame".
3. At the picture frame window select the frame style "Film" or select any as you wish.
4. At right side you can see "orientation" section. There you can modify the frame to different style.
5. If you want some portion of your image not to be hidden by the frame means select the check box named "Frame outside of the image. Otherwise select "Frame inside of the image".
6. And there is some more options are there to flip, mirror and rotate the image to any degrees.
7. After selecting the options, click ok and see the result
