This is a simple job of creating a custom cursor in a flash movie.

Steps:                           
1. Open a new flash document of size 550x400 pixels.
2. Create a new movie clip by going to "insert" and click "New symbol".
3. Now create cursor of any shape you want with any color as your desire. You can also make an 
    animated cursor by animating this movie clip. But now i'll show you a cursor with no animation for simplicity.
4. After creating the cursor drag the movie clip from the library in to scene1. 
5. By selecting the movie clip open the properties window and on the instance tab give the
    movie name as "mycursor".
6. Create a new layer and name it as "Action".
7. By selecting the first keyframe of the "Action" layer, open the action panel and paste the
     following code.
   startDrag("_root.mycursor", true);
   Mouse.hide();
